Important to understand

How we differ from official government portals

We are a private agency, not the state. The Russian government quota programme is free and open to everyone at education-in-russia.com. You can — and may — apply there yourself, without us.

What you pay us for is expertise and time. We know the admission requirements of specific universities, we prepare documents correctly the first time, and we handle correspondence that otherwise takes months.

We never claim to influence state decisions. For quota applications, we help you present your strongest case — the decision belongs to the Russian government alone.

Our results are contractual. Applications submitted on time, documented university responses, and re-application at no cost if a university declines. That is written in the agreement you sign.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee admission?

No agency can honestly guarantee admission — the final decision always belongs to the university or, for quota applications, to the Russian government. What we guarantee is process: a correctly prepared dossier, applications submitted on time to universities matched to your profile, and a documented response from each of them. On the paid track, if every university we applied to declines, we re-apply to alternative universities at no extra cost.

What if a university rejects my application?

Rejections happen, most often due to competition for a specific programme. Your personal manager will propose alternatives immediately: a different programme at the same university, another university from your shortlist, or — if you are eligible — the government quota track. Re-application within the same admission season is included in your package.

Can I apply for the government quota myself?

Yes, absolutely — the quota application is free and open to everyone at education-in-russia.com. Our consulting service exists because the form is long, mistakes are irreversible for the season, and competition is significant. We help you present your strongest case, but we never claim the application itself costs money or that we can influence the state’s decision.

How does payment work?

Payment is split into two stages tied to real milestones. Stage 1 is due when we begin preparing your document dossier. Stage 2 is due only after you receive an official admission letter from a university. You never pay the main fee before there is a confirmed result. Quota consulting is a single fixed payment before work begins.
